Boca Raton is home to many of South Florida’s finest country clubs. These exclusive communities offer world-class golf courses, tennis courts and fine dining options.

But the transition from a private golf club to a city-run facility has caused some homeowners to protest. Fortunately, some of them have been able to negotiate their concerns with the city. Here are some of the finest of Boca Raton country club:

1. Boca West Country Club

Boca West Country Club is a private, residential country club community that is known for its luxurious amenities and outstanding activities. The community features four golf courses and a variety of tennis courts.

The community’s amenities include a spa, fitness center, multiple swimming pools and playgrounds. It also has numerous dining venues and a vibrant social calendar.

The Boca West Country Club facilities are owned by the membership, directed by a Board of Governors of 15 members who are elected by the general membership. The club’s President and General Manager is Jay DiPietro.

2. St. Andrews Country Club

Whether you’re looking for an upscale golf course or pro-level tennis courts, a country club is the perfect place to spend time with your friends and family. If you’re looking for a Boca Raton country club, you have many options to choose from.

The country club features two 18-hole championship golf courses, 15 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, and a spa and fitness center with services found at many of the world’s finest resorts. A full calendar of social events and dining will keep you busy, too.

A staffed Rec Room is the perfect spot for your kids to hang out, with a variety of games and activities, arts and crafts, movies and shows. A monthly Kid’s Club keeps them entertained, too.

3. Boca Raton Golf Club

When it comes to luxury living, Boca Raton country clubs are some of the best in the nation. Their resort-style amenities include world class championship golf courses, fitness centers, tennis centers, and private marinas.

4. Boca Raton Executive Country Club

The Boca Raton Executive Country Club was established in 1960 and is a public golf course. The 9-hole course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels.

Members enjoy a variety of amenities and activities that are unique to their home community. They can enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social events.

The Executive golf course is a par 62 and has eight par 4’s and ten par 3’s with new tiff-eagle greens, lush landscaping and continuous concrete cart paths. It is a challenging layout that will challenge even the best player.

5. Boca Raton Country Club at the Boca Raton Resort & Club

Located on Florida’s Gold Coast in south Palm Beach County, Boca Raton Country Club at the Boca Raton Resort & Club is a renowned resort with a world-class golf course and a state-of-the-art tennis facility.

The resort has been a member of Conde Nast’s list of 121 best hotels and was recently named the #1 Spa in the World.

The original part of the resort – the Cloister – is a 1926 Addison Mizner-designed Mediterranean castle that features fanciful archways, fountains and mosaics. The property also includes the Tower, Bungalows and Yacht Club marina.

6. Boca Raton Golf & Racquet Club

Boca Raton Golf & Racquet Club is the city of Boca Raton’s latest golf course addition. Its 18-hole, par 72 course is a great test for all players and offers terrific views and challenging play.

The course was designed by Joe Lee in 1985 and remodeled in 1999 by Kipp Schulties. It’s not a cheap place to play, but it’s a fun experience for all. The city has invested $7 million to upgrade the facility and provide a premier country club experience for Boca Raton residents and golfers alike.

7. Boca Raton Country Club at the Boca Raton Resort & Club

The Boca Raton Resort & Club, which includes the Cloister, Tower, Boca Beach Club and Golf Villas, is a private club for locals and snowbirds who have vacationed here for generations. This sprawling resort offers a private, half-mile strip of beach, two championship golf courses, 30 tennis courts and an extensive water sports program.

Guests stay in guest rooms and suites across four buildings that range from brightly colored accents and nautically inspired decor to more neutral color schemes. Among the amenities are work desks, flat-screen TVs and rainfall showers.
