Taking place at Hilton Brisbane on Thursday 14 September 2023, Brisbane Pop-Up is the city’s signature annual industry networking event. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, ignite innovation and stage an unforgettable event.

Free marketing workshops

Free digital marketing workshops in Brisbane are available for local businesses. They will help you create an effective strategy for online marketing and identify the best platforms to reach your audience. You will also learn how to make the most of your existing website and gain a higher ranking on Google. These free courses can be taken at your own pace and are suitable for any type of business.

These workshops are delivered by Brisbane City Council in partnership with Your Marketing Machines. They are free for any business that is interested in working with Council. These monthly sessions offer you an opportunity to speak face-to-face with a Strategic Procurement Officer and learn more about how Council works with businesses. You will also receive a presentation on the Buy Local initiative and sustainable procurement. You can also learn about how to register on the Supplier Portal and the tender process, as well as the Better Brisbane Proposals (market led proposals) process.

In addition to these free digital marketing courses, Brisbane offers a variety of other free workshops and seminars that can help you improve your business. For example, the Queensland Government runs a series of webinars to support work health and safety professionals.

Each session is 20 minutes and bookings are essential. The session is open to current and prospective small, medium and large suppliers, including business owners and business development managers.
