Country Club of North Carolina

Established in the 1960s, The Country Club of North Carolina is an outstanding venue for a wedding. Located on a picturesque property with longleaf pines and three sparkling lakes, the venue offers a classic, yet modern, setting. Whether you’re planning a large event or a small intimate gathering, the venue can accommodate you.

Located in the Sandhills of North Carolina near Pinehurst, the Country Club of North Carolina has two 18-hole golf courses and a pool. The Dogwood course, designed by Ellis Maples and Willard Byrd, is one of the finest courses in the state. It features large greens and varying pin placements that will test even the most accomplished golfer.

Charlotte City Club

The Charlotte City Club is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a private club that serves its members. The club offers social and business events, and members can use the facilities for their personal use and benefit from the club’s services. This private club has been around for over 75 years, and generates approximately $4.6 million in annual revenues. It employs 40 people in its single location.

In 1947, the Charlotte City Club opened its doors. Since then, it has become a premier meeting place for businessmen and women. The club’s members enjoy camaraderie and a welcoming atmosphere. The club’s first location was in a Union National Bank building, but later moved to the Mutual Savings and Loan Building, where it still remains today.

Optimist Club

If you are interested in volunteering and helping out in your community, consider becoming a member of the Optimist Club of North Carolina. In addition to providing services for children in need, the club holds many fundraisers that benefit the community. These events include an annual fish fry and Belk Charity Sale. Ruritan

There are many Ruritan Clubs throughout North Carolina. In Caswell County alone, there are five Ruritan clubs. You do not have to live in Caswell County to join, and you can also join the Whitsett club in Guilford County. The club’s leadership is led by Leslie Gentry, who serves as president. Other club leaders include Jeff Stewart, Gretchen Baldwin, and Kathy Idol.

There are clubs located in Cherry Grove, Leasburg, Semora, and Anderson. Clubs in these locations have different mailing addresses, but they all have similar mission statements. The goal of Ruritan clubs is to improve the community and make it a better place to live. Members of the clubs are typically from a diverse range of backgrounds and are not limited by occupation or social status.

CC of NC

The CC of NC / Dogwood course has been around for many years. The layout benefits from the location near Pinehurst. The course is well maintained and plays well even in the worst weather. The layout is quite challenging, but it is a fun course. It is also fairly affordable. There are a variety of membership options, which makes it a good option for beginners and pros alike.
